Winter Snack and Drink Idea , MsB. Cinnamon Rolls and Homemade Hot Wine.

Dear People all over the world

“Winter is the time for comfort, for good food and warmth, for the touch of a friendly hand and for a talk beside the fire: it is the time for home.”

Winter is coming, I am sure you have noticed that days are shorter and Winter lights/ decorations are everywhere.

Apart from the Events, Photos, MsB partytime also shares recipes and good snacks Ideas.

My winter “Snacks” are definitely Cinnamon rolls and what else could be better than Homemade Hot Wine! And homemade hot wine means, that you add your own spices and fruits. ( Not the one from the shop) No no no!

Homemade food/drinks are the best!

Hosting a Halloween Party?

Of course this month the biggest Event is Halloween.

So are you planning to host a Halloween party, but you would like to do something different. Here are some Ms.B Partytime Ideas!

Enjoy :) :) :)

Check out these Pictures, maybe they will make your inspiration flow :)

Happy decorating,

Delicious Pumpkin Pie this October.

Dear Friends and Followers,

Events are always including some delicious dish. In October we have a wonderful chance to do many things out of Pumpkin. Personally I like marinated Pumpkin, which I am planning to do this year for my Christmas Table :) (This is really Northern European dish)

But today I would like to share a delicious version of pumpkin pie.

Why pumpkin pie is good for you:

* A slice of pumpkin pie is a significant source of water-soluble B vitamins, offering 20 percent of the recommended daily intake for thiamin and vitamin B-12

*These vitamins aid in skin, vision and neurological health, red blood cell formation and the maintenance of appetite, digestion and metabolism.

*One slice of pie supplies 9 percent of daily recommendation for phosphorous and 7 percent for calcium and iron. Benefits of these minerals include bone, tooth, neurological, cellular and metabolic health.

Because of pumpkin pie’s high fat, saturated fat, cholesterol and sodium content, you may want to come up with ways to enjoy it without just cutting yourself a slice. Consider making mini pumpkin pies to cut down on portion size. Cut a small piece of pumpkin pie and add non-fat yogurt or ice cream as a topping or stir it in. If you yearn for a sweet pumpkin treat, try making pumpkin muffins instead or limiting your intake of fat, saturated fat, cholesterol and sodium for the rest of the day.

But here is Ms.B Favorite Recipe:

Caramel Apple & Pumpkin Pie Recipe ~ Here is a twofer for those of us who love both apple and pumpkin pies. Both great flavors layered together in a flaky, rich crust

Pie dough – you’ll only need enough for one 10-inch pie, so you can freeze the rest.

Caramelized apple layer:

5 apples, peeled, cored and cubed in 1/2-inch pieces

3 tablespoons butter

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Pinch salt

1 tablespoon cornstarch

2 to 4 tablespoons water

Pumpkin layer:

1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree or equal amount roasted

1 cup brown sugar

Pinch salt

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon ginger

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon all-spice

2 large eggs

1/2 cup sour cream

1 teaspoon vanilla – DIY vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 180 C. Prabake the crust by lining it with foil and pie weights. Bake for about 20 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake until the bottom crust is set, but not coloring at all.

In a skillet, heat the apples, butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt until the apples are tender. In a small bowl combine the cornstarch and water. If your apples have a lot of liquid use just 2 tablespoon of water. If they are drier, add the remaining 2 tablespoons water. Stir over medium heat until the apple juices thicken and the cornstarch no longer looks cloudy. Allow the apples to cool while you prepare the pumpkin filling.

Whisk together the pumpkin, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, all-spice, eggs, sour cream and vanilla.

Turn down the over 150 C

Pour in the pumpkin over the apples.

Bake the pie for about 1 hour, but check after 45 minutes to gauge how quickly it is setting up. You want to take it out when the pumpkin is set and just puffing ever so slightly. You don’t want it to be liquid in the middle, but you also don’t want the pie to soufflé or it will crack.

Once the pie is room temperature place it in the refrigerator for at least an hour.

Bon appetit :)

“Success is most often achieved by those who don’t know that failure is inevitable.

End of September..

Wonderful Sunny day & for MsB Partytime it means inspirational day.

This time the challenge for me was going back to the 20th century, 1950..

Personally I love 50s, women were so feminine & men were nicely dressed up and thy were acting like Gentlemen. I think it was a “classy” time.

These photos were taken for one Clothes Fashion Shop in Unites States.

Some facts about 50s :)

The 1950s or simply, the Fifties, was a decade that bore a deep-rooted impact not only on America, but on the entire world. People who lived through the decade, have multitude of memories, good and bad. Those who were born afterwards, heard a lot of stories about “the era”.
✫ Walt Disney’s Cinderella and Alice in Wonderland were released in 1950 and 1951 respectively, and were smashing hits.

✫ In 1957, the Soviet Union launched the first ever artificial Earth satellite, Sputnik 1. This was an important advancement because valuable information about the ionosphere could be gained through radio signals generated by the satellite.

✫ New fashion trends developed in the 1950s. People preferred brighter clothes. Bikinis became popular. Pointed toes and stiletto heels reached new peaks of popularity. Givenchy showcased its first collection in Paris.

We all want to be loved, don’t we? Everyone looks for a way of finding love. It’s a constant search for affection in every walk of life.
I never think of myself as an icon. What is in other people’s minds is not in my mind. I just do my thing.
There is one difference between a long life and a great dinner; in the dinner, the sweet things come last.
There are men who struggle for a day and they are good. There are men who struggle for a year and they are better. There are men who struggle many years, and they are better still. But there are those who struggle all their lives: These are the indispensable ones.
Never throughout history has a man who lived a life of ease left a name worth remembering.
Nothing is more beautiful than a smile that has struggled through tears.
Every struggle in your life has shaped you into the person you are today. Be thankful for the hard times; they can only make you stronger.

I know it ain’t easy giving up your heart. Some thoughts of “Don`t be afraid of change”

How are you doing?

I was thinking I should share some moments and photos of mine.  If you have read “MsB Partytime Story” then more less you know who I am and what I am doing. It`s also my happiness to share something what makes you smile and happy.

We all have something to be happy for: Family, Friends, Pets, “Things” which makes us feel better and Emotions.

But now my question is when was your last time you tried something new?

What was it?  What did you feel? Did you feel happiness? Think for a second and if you haven`t done something new, then it is time.

Fall in love, get hurt, get up again. Buy new shoes and let them to hurt your feet, but you have to  get up again. Go and travel, travel alone or with friends. Run, run as far and as fast you never run before, feel the pain on your lungs and legs, but enjoy it. Eat full box of chocolates. Hike up on the mountain. Go and meet new people.  Learn something new- How to drive a car, language. Read some books- It will change your life!

“We can’t be afraid of change. You may feel very secure in the pond that you are in, but if you never venture out of it, you will never know that there is such a thing as an ocean, a sea. Holding onto something that is good for you now, may be the very reason why you don’t have something better.”C. JoyBell C.

And that`s all what i want to say! Try something new, you find yourself happier! Do it today, tomorrow never comes ;)

I`m happy to share some of my photos from  “We can`t be afraid of change”

“Some people believe holding on and hanging in there are signs of great strength. However, there are times when it takes much more strength to know when to let go and then do it.” ― Ann Landers

“Just be happy. And if you can’t be happy, do things that make you happy. Or do nothing with people that make you happy.”

“Be Original. Follow your dreams. The worst possible thing for you to do in life is give up what makes you happy.”

“We need to be our own guide. We can live a much more peaceful and happy life if we think about positive growth of ourselves and others, and its effects on the universe.”

“Dance. Smile. Giggle. Marvel. TRUST. HOPE. LOVE. WISH. BELIEVE. Most of all, enjoy every moment of the journey, and appreciate where you are at this moment instead of always focusing on how far you have to go.”

4 Ways to Throw an Awesome Bachelorette Party!

Is there anyone who is getting married!

Wedding in Autumn- nice colors, little bit chilly evenings and sky full of stars. I know you say – YESSSSS!

But what your Maid of Honor should do for your Bachelorette party!

Here are some nice tips, how to start:

1.Choose A Creative Party Theme

“Dressing up is so much fun”, so get all the girls together and dress up.

You could be “Barbies” “Cats” or “Superwomen” – Make it as fun as possible. ( You only getting married once)

2. Invite all the girls and Play some Games together.

One great idea is:

“Let me be your dream come true II”

“Let me be your dream come true” is MsBpartytime`s series of sharing moments of love and happiness.

This Sunday I had a great opportunity to do the second edition.

Let me be your dream come true” is simple and wonderful. Love, something what we can`t ask and order, something what comes unexpectedly  and changes your life. Something which makes your life  brighter, crazy and hopeful every day. Hopeful that everything is good and beautiful, it makes you smile for no reason.Love makes you a better person, makes you to share your happiness and glory. If you have someone who makes your dreams come true, then hold it and stay with it, don`t start to look someone else or something better, because there is nothing better than have a person who makes your dreams come true.

“Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.”

“Love is like the wind, you can’t see it but you can feel it.”
Nicholas Sparks

Here are some lovely pictures of Sara & Dj- International Couple in Geneva. Thank you so much, I had an amazing day!

“People think a soul mate is your perfect fit, and that’s what everyone wants. But a true soul mate is a mirror, the person who shows you everything that is holding you back, the person who brings you to your own attention so you can change your life.

“You don’t love someone because they’re perfect, you love them in spite of the fact that they’re not.” ― Jodi Picoult,

“When someone loves you, the way they talk about you is different. You feel safe and comfortable.” ― Jess C. Scott,

“He’s not perfect. You aren’t either, and the two of you will never be perfect. But if he can make you laugh at least once, causes you to think twice, and if he admits to being human and making mistakes, hold onto him and give him the most you can. He isn’t going to quote poetry, he’s not thinking about you every moment, but he will give you a part of him that he knows you could break. Don’t hurt him, don’t change him, and don’t expect for more than he can give. Don’t analyze. Smile when he makes you happy, yell when he makes you mad, and miss him when he’s not there. Love hard when there is love to be had. Because perfect guys don’t exist, but there’s always one guy that is perfect for you.” ― Bob Marley

MsB has discovered out one of the most delicious Snack..

I am happy to share one of the recipe, I personally like, but of course You can always add more ingredients or less :)

  • 1 avocado ,
  • Cheese

  1. Finely chop half of 1 onion. Thinly slice remaining onions. Place chopped onion, mince, breadcrumbs, egg and 1 tablespoon chutney in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Mix to combine. Roll tablespoons of mixture to make 24 balls. Flatten slightly. Place on a plate. Cover and refrigerate for 10 minutes.

  2. Step 2

Meanwhile, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add sliced onion. Cook, stirring, for 5 minutes. Add sugar and vinegar. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat to low. Cook, covered, stirring, for 5 minutes. Cook, uncovered, for 3 to 4 minutes or until onion caramelises. Cover to keep warm.

  3. Step 3

Spray a large frying pan with oil. Heat over medium-high heat. Cook 6 patties for 2 to 3 minutes each side or until cooked through. Repeat with remaining patties.

  4. Step 4

Meanwhile, preheat grill on medium. Cut each bun crossways into 3 slices. Discard middle slice (see note). Using a 4cm cutter, cut 48 rounds from remaining slices. Place rounds, cut-side up, on trays. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden.

  5. Step 5

Divide avocado , remaining chutney, patties and caramelised onion between bun bases. Sandwich with bun tops. Insert 1 toothpick in each burger. Serve.

It takes a little bit time, but it is worth it, your guests will remember you and your “minibugers” forever.
